§ 01
$INC Protocol
$INC is Ethereum's private currency a non-custodial privacy layer built into Ethereum L1.

Incognito operates autonomously through smart contracts, inheriting Ethereum’s decentralization, security, and resilience.

Private transfers settle directly on Ethereum Layer 1 using zero-knowledge proofs, with transactions finalized on-chain and privacy enforced at the protocol level.

01 · Layer
Settled directly on Ethereum Mainnet. No bridges, no sidechains.
02 · Execution
Fully on-chain via smart contracts. Self-executing and immutable.
03 · Privacy
Enforced at the protocol level using zero-knowledge proofs.
04 · Custody
Non-custodial. Funds remain controlled by user keys at all times.
05 · Finality
Transactions are final once confirmed on Ethereum L1.
§ 02
On-Chain
Built for those who stay on-chain.

Incognito delivers privacy where it matters most, directly on Ethereum Layer 1. No wrappers. No bridges. No relayers. No off-chain custody.

The protocol operates through Ethereum smart contracts, preserving Ethereum’s decentralization, settlement, and finality.

Privacy for any
ERC-20 token.

Bring private, shielded transfers to any ERC-20 token. Powered by zero-knowledge proofs and non-custodial shielded pools.

  • 01Projects can enable private transfers for their token via Incognito.
  • 02Once listed, users send and receive that token privately like $INC.
  • 03Privacy is enforced on-chain, non-custodial, and zero-knowledge based.

Features
Go incognito.

Incognito protects Ethereum users by hiding transaction details through zero-knowledge proofs, breaking the on-chain link between sender and recipient. Funds move through a fully non-custodial shielded pool, with no custody ever taken by the protocol.

This reduces exposure to bots, scrapers, scams, and on-chain surveillance. Gasless Swap further allows users to obtain small amounts of ETH without revealing past activity, enabling secure interaction even from new or cold wallets.

F-01

Private Send

Transfer $INC instantly with full on-chain encryption, direct, secure and non-custodial.

F-02

Gasless Swap

Swap INC to ETH without holding ETH. Gasless execution is optional, handled via a relayer, and does not expose transaction history or require custody of user funds.

Frequently Asked

Questions? Stay curious.
Stay private.

Q-01What exactly does Incognito make private?+
Incognito makes transaction amounts and sender–recipient links unlinkable on-chain. Ethereum still verifies transactions, but the value transferred and the relationship between wallets are cryptographically hidden.
Q-02Can I send private $INC to any Ethereum wallet?+
Yes. Any standard Ethereum address can receive private $INC. No special setup is required, and only the wallet keyholder can decrypt and access the funds.
Q-03Does Incognito ever hold or control user funds?+
No. Incognito is fully non-custodial. Funds are controlled exclusively by Ethereum smart contracts and user-held cryptographic keys. The protocol cannot access, move, or freeze assets.
Q-04What is a shielded pool?+
A shielded pool is a non-custodial smart contract that holds encrypted balances instead of publicly visible amounts. It allows private transfers without revealing transaction values or wallet links on-chain.
Q-05What is visible on-chain when I use Incognito?+
Only generic contract interactions are visible. Transaction amounts, recipients, and transfer paths are hidden. Public DEX trades and optional decryption actions remain visible like standard Ethereum activity.
Q-06Is Incognito a mixer?+
No. Incognito does not use mixer-style pooling, withdrawal delays, or obfuscation. Privacy is enforced through zero-knowledge proofs and on-chain verification, not liquidity mixing.
Q-07Are there extra fees for using Incognito?+
Basic private sends incur standard Ethereum gas fees. Some optional features, such as gasless swaps and additional asset privacy, use small $INC fees to support relayers and protocol sustainability.
